A. Words bolded to denote separate entries

B. A “see also” section with or without page numbers

C. Neither/both/other (specify)

A. Names emboldened. You can’t go wrong with the bold format to denote/differentiate information.

A as a bold name is very clear, As long as there is an easy to use index or page of contents finding the other section should be easy enough
